UMT is oriented to become a breakthrough pioneer university in training, research and administration. The academics program at UMT is developed by a team of professional experts and many years of experience, based on training and teaching international standards. Students will have the opportunity to study, experience and explore different training models, combining practical activities, internships/practiceship opportunities at enterprises, abroad study… throughout the training program. UMT focuses on interdisciplinary foundation training from arts, humanities, engineering to natural sciences and social sciences, helping learners improve their critical thinking and creative problem solving abilities; at the same time, a cross-cutting approach in the training program on contemporary issues, perspectives and challenges of the times, in order to equip learners with global thinking and competence.
